1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer — credited within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (Three Hundred BDT).
• Maximum Deposit: Determined by account tier.

All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Deposits from another person's account are not accepted, and if such a deposit is not credited 13 BD will not be held liable. For any deposit-related issues, please contact support.

4 Withdrawal Policy & Process

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT).
• Processing time: Standard accounts — 1–24 hours; VIP & high rollers — 15 minutes.
• Verification: Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

6 Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

10 Account Suspension & Closure

13 BD May suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• At the member's own request

Members will be notified by email before an account is closed — in urgent security situations, immediate closure may occur. Any valid remaining balance will be returned through the designated process.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please first 13 BDContact our customer support. Our team will do their best to resolve your issue within 72 hours.

If the matter cannot be resolved through support, it will be escalated to our dispute resolution department. 13 BDResults for all games on this platform are considered final as per server logs.

12 Legal Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

13 BD Operates in compliance with international gaming laws and regulations. Any legal matters arising from these Terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the platform's licensing authority.

Bangladeshi users are responsible for complying with the laws of their own country. 13 BD May disclose member information to comply with any applicable legal obligations.
